A 3 -days voice & movement & improvisation workshop with Sascha Ley and Gianfranco Celestino
March 1 to 3, 2019 at INECC in Luxembourg-City.
In their three-day workshop, Sascha and dancer - choreographer Gianfranco will combine and connect the work of vocal improvising with elements of contemporary dance & contact improvisation.
How do we create space to turn a vocal phrase into a body movement? And how can the spontaneous body movement pave the way to vocal expression?
We will experiment with the interaction of movement and resonance of the voice and the body and explore the space for soundscapes.
The workshop will conclude March 3rd with a public performance of the participants in the MNHA - Museum of Art and History in Luxembourg City.
For singers, dancers, musicians, performance artists and interested people of all levels. Basic knowledge of singing or dancing is desired.
Participation on all three days is mandatory.
